We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is directly responsible for company’s revenue growth by identifying and deeply engaging with new business opportunities. This role requires collaboration with multiple teams internally to drive one business line from start to finalize. This is primarily an acquisition role responsible for bringing in new clients into our exchange platform.
Identifying new sales leads and pitching products and/or services.
Deeply engage with users, attending events, organizing conferences and building solid customer relationships.
Researching organization, projects and individuals to identify new collaboration opportunities and potential new markets.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Circulate clients with our internal marketing team, tech team and operating team; so that requires cross-domain knowledge and very strong team collaboration skills
Expanding existing channels to reach out to our target audience and seeking for potential partners and opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information System or other related fields.
At least actively involved in blockchain industry for a while, have ready-to-work knowledge and experience already
At least 2-3 years of business development or sales related experience in internet industry, have successful cases
Willing to travel and participate relevant events and conferences
Must have excellent communication and public speaking skills, know how to make everything smooth even under negative situation, know how to “break the ice”
Strong negotiation skill, knowing how to understand from the other side
