An tech-based fitness company are looking for a customer support rep who has good experience with end user support with web tools, websites, CSS etc. The role will be fully remote but candidate must be based in UK.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations
- Effective and professional communication skills.
- Experience working for a tech company
- Experience with end user support and helping with websites etc
You will be:
- Taking inbound customer queries over the phone, email and webform.
- Troubleshooting technical issues with customers.
