BitMart Exchange is seeking a Marketing Analyst with strong analytical skills, a proven track record of marketing data and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the generation, collection and analytics of online user behavior data, including but not limited to website, social media and other marketing channels. Specifically, this roll will be expected to establish and maintain an operational cadence, develop and share regular status reports and dashboards, tease groundbreaking insights out of the line signals and deliver compelling stories to a wide variety of audience.
Web Traffic Monitor/Analysis: Monitor web traffic source and registration data from Google Analytics by creating dashboards, record on a daily basis.
Digital Media Performance Tracking: Establish tracking mechanisms (build tracking codes) to track and analyze marketing data (clicks/cost/conversion rate) and campaign performance across digital media.
Report Generating/Data Visualization: Gather insights, conduct marketing data visualization, report to the executive team weekly and monthly to help shape future marketing strategies.
Internal Collaboration: The marketing analyst will also work with internal teams such as marketing, technical/product, business development in terms of trouble shooting, campaign and web UX optimization.
1-2 years’ experience in media, marketing, data analysis or campaign management role
Strong MS Excel Skills, including but not limited to V-lookup, PivotTable and data visualization mode
Proficiency of Google Analytics, Google AdWords and working knowledge of SQL
Proficient with MS Power Point, experienced in developing and presenting report
Solid understanding of online media channels, business and marketing principles
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of FinTech or blockchain technology is a Plus
Experience with statistical software SAS or open source equivalent (R/Python) is a Plus
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Marketing, Finance, Statistics or other related discipline
