Job Role and Requirements
- Resolve all the technical issues faced by customers and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with Customer Success team.
- Maintain FAQ and help center.
- Assist tester team on their questions.
- One + year experience in customer support.
- B2B Experience preferred.
- Remote work experience.
- Extras - Zendesk, Jira, QA knowledge.
