Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Technical Writer for a computer software client. The qualified Creative Content Writer and Technical Storyteller, will be responsible for enhancing the company's resonance within the Service Provider Marketplace. Through stories, copy and content customers will see value and solutions that are differentiated and perfect fits to their business problems. One's writing will amplify products and services, enhance perceptions regarding the company, and improve engagement through effective dialogue. Will develop creative and technical content and copy to support Service Provider campaigns and digital journeys. This will include development of core manifesto level content that captures and solves customer’s business issues using the company's value propositions and solutions, as well as product and services promotions. It is essential that one's work resonate with customer’s by making sure that we are using their business objectives, issues, and outcomes in an easy to read, story format.

Transform solutions into disruption within the SP marketplace allowing customers to see their needs reflected in one's words and embrace solutions as superior to the competition
Reinforce image and essence and strengthen the brand
Develop copy and compelling content headlines, subheads, etc
Coordinate with the Product Marketing teams and Campaign managers to ensure that the proper assets are delivered for the necessary channels
Build strong and sustainable relationships and interact with all organization levels
Demonstrate extraordinary teamwork and foster collaboration within the GSP Team, as well as with key partners in Engineering, Sales, Service, CMC and other organizations
Apply in-depth knowledge of own function, business and market segment expertise to differentiate the company from the competition and to solve critical issues successfully and innovatively
Utilize technical solutions and value proposition input from the Value and Solution Formation Groups and transform it into customer-oriented stories and supporting creative assets. These assets include:
- Video scripts
- Use Cases
- Case Studies
- White papers
- Web page content
- Internal promotional content
- Sales enablement materials
5+ years of experience creating copy, content, or campaign assets (B2B experience is preferred)
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and outstanding attention to detail and impeccable organizational and administrative skills
Strong storyteller, capable of memorable narrative development and campaign ideation
Self-starter, strong sense of initiative, fearless marketer, bold decision maker, and great team player
Both a driver and highly collaborative able to activate the larger "machinery" around you to contribute to your goals and plan
